Returns and Cancellations
For any issues on the products or anything else on the order, please contact help@medievalmade.com
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received, accompanied by a clear picture of the defect, to be sent to help@medievalmade.com.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date reported on your tracking number.
Note that if the package is marked as delivered, there is nothing we can do; in this case, the best course of action is to check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package.
For untracked packages lost in transit, MedievalMade cannot be held responsible, and you should contact the carrier directly. For this reason, we always offer a tracked option at checkout as the safest shipping method.
Order cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been processed and is in production. If you placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind, you can email help@medievalmade.com and if the order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to cancel it. Please remember that, as part of our environmental pledge, every order is custom-made on demand, so we cannot accept cancellations once the manufacturer has started production.
Returns: Because our products are custom-made to order, please understand that we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges, since we would have to place a new order to the manufacturer at our expenses.
Accurate size charts are offered for every product, so be sure to consult them before placing an order. If you follow our size charts, it will be highly unlikely that you'll need a size exchange.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or inexact by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore MedievalMade reserves the rights to refuse returns or cancellations at its sole discretion.
