This Collection celebrates monsters, the fantastic creatures guarding the edges of medieval books and the entrance of churches.

They evoked fear and fascination, they warned and they taught important lessons - like the story of the Dragon and the Child, teaching how monsters (metaphorically, people) are not always as bad as we anticipated.
